Recruiting and Hiring

The recruitment and selection of new faculty possess exceptional character and integrity and a certificate of outstanding teaching performance, providing them competent for the position in the department/institute and beneficial to the department/institute. The appointment of teachers in this college is based on the principle of once per semester. After the initial review by the faculty evaluation committee of each department, they can be recommended to the college at any time. The college faculty evaluation committee handles the review, and after the review is passed, the college recommends it to the school faculty evaluation committee on December or June 15th each year.
