The College has formal processes for annual evaluation, re-evaluations, and promotion and tenure decisions for regular faculty members. All faculty members, including professors, associate professors, assistant professors and lecturers, should receive a performance evaluation once every five years. Those who fail the evaluation will not be given a salary increase in the following year. In addition, they cannot apply for sabbatical leave, temporary transfer, additional duties or part-time teaching positions at other schools. Those who do not pass the first evaluation can apply for re-evaluation again after one year. If they pass, then they can apply for sabbatical leave, temporary transfer, additional duties or part-time teaching positions at other schools.
